So we get the point is we should take healthy food and home made which help us to get fitness.
In our diet we are to add-
(1) bananas – banana is the most demanded fruit for diet coz its have fiber protein, and its provide instant energy for our exercises.

And its called joy of fruit because after having 2 banana your mind and body got energy which helps you too fit your body and mind.
(2) almonds – almonds is the best source of protein which is help full for brain .

(3) egg – egg is the source of protein and carbohydrates and its also helps too get perfect shape

(4) green vegitebals- as we know green vegetables are the source of iron , protein , phosphor , etc. Which is required of humana body so we should keep tha room for green vegetables in the plateπ
